CANADA SHIPPING, RETURNS & TAXES

Currency

All products, shipping, gift cards, taxes etc… are in USD on raymond-weil.us once any purchase has been made on raymond-weil.us your bank or card issuer is responsible for the currency exchange at the time of order. Please take this into consideration when making your purchase.

Gift Cards

You or your gift recipient will receive the gift card email on the next business day. There is no tax on gift cards. Tax will be calculated during the time product purchase. Gift cards are final sale. There is no exchanges or refunds on gift card purchases.

Gift cards are ONLY applicable online at www.raymond-weil.us. Gift cards are available for use for USA & Canada orders and cannot be used in-store or on the websites of our authorized retailers.

Gift cards purchased in CANADA are bought in USD you will see the exchange rate or currency rate on your bank or credit card statement. But the value on your gift card will be in USD of the original purchase amount. 

SHIPPING RATES

For Canada shipping is a flat rate $30 (USD) any additional cost that occur during shipping will be the responsibility of Raymond Weil USA Corp. 

Duty & Tax

Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the local government and determined based on a combination of the destination of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the local government. Canada orders are subject to a 5% Duty fee when ordering on raymond-weil.us. Any additional tariffs will be the sole responsibility of Raymond Weil USA Corp.

Returns & Exchanges

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please contact us at 1.212.355.3350 Ext 512 or email online support at [email protected]. We will provide you with further instructions and a prepaid shipping label for your return. If you choose to return an item for any reason and the item is presented in saleable condition, you will be refunded for the cost of the merchandise in the same currency (USD). The flat rate shipping cost of $30 (USD) is non-refundable and will not be included in your final return.
