Thank you for choosing RAYMOND WEIL as your timepiece of choice.  We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, and if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept return of any unworn, undamaged and untampered merchandise purchased from within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Any product that fails our quality inspection due to scratches, damage, or other signs of wear, will be returned to you and no refund will be issued. When trying on your purchased product, we recommend doing so without wearing any accessories that may damage or scratch it. Similarly, avoid placing your timepiece on hard surfaces that may damage the item.

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Individual items marked at a reduced price
  • Individual items with custom engravings.
  • Gift Card purchases
  • Personalized products

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any accessories, extra links, free gifts, and anything else that came with the item. Qualified returns must be shipped for evaluation within 7-days of receiving the shipping label.
